We just observed a problem while using EZ Tripper v2.0 app that another user also reported to us via in-app feedback.
In an occasional, random fashion, the Export tab will show that there are no trips to export even though there are clearly trips in the date range, and the trips do show up in the Trips tab.
In our case, the app crashed on previous launch prior to having this issue. We’re not sure if this is the case for anyone else experiencing this issue.
A quick fix is to just reboot the device; this seems to fix the issue.
We are still investigating this issue and haven’t found a way to duplicate the problem consistently.
Please help us resolve this issue if you are seeing it by submitting in-app feedback or comment below this post. Describe in as much detail as possible the steps you took prior to seeing this problem, whether it is consistently occurring, and what device and iOS version you have.
We are working on a permanent fix. It appears that this problem coincided with a recent Apple iOS update (6.1.2) so that might be related.
